Volunteer project with Thai Gov Design in association with Thailand's Revenue Department to improve the design of their current "TaxLiteracy" website.

Contributions

UX Designer: Designed the interactions and user flows for the website as well as implementing design systems into certain pages.

UX Researcher: Conducted interviews to gather user needs and discover pain points, connected with tax experts to gather domain knowledge, and conducted user testings to validate prototypes.
